I'll skip breakfast and have a coffee (i was disgusted by it after overdosing on caffeine with 2 liters but i feel fine about it now, its temporary use just to suppress appetite)
no lunch, no fruits, no snack, low carb high protein dinner.
i also feel like overdosing on caffeine tbh that was lowkey fun i felt like ramirez
anyways im closing today at around 4k calories? like 2-3 liters of raw milk and some goyslop and meat and potatoes at dinner
reason im starting at monday is easier to track, also zero junk or any processed shit obviously and no bread or shit like that
