how the hell can you guys cope with being in a severe caloric deficit? i’m two days in and my stomach is nonstop growling. should i just start drinking a shit ton of water?

Water will fill you up in the quick short term but in the long run will increase your appetite because you are just expanding your stomach making more room for your stomach.
 
Start drinking coffe and redbull it will stip your hunger and cut out as much suagr as possible if you want to lean out fast take osterine or sarms
 
Because everyone approaches dieting wrong.

You’re not supposed to cut out entire food groups or restrict entirely (ie no carbs, no sugar, etc). You’re just cucking yourself because mentally we all want what we can’t have or don’t have.

You eat the way you did before but slowly increase activity. When you hit a plateau then you continue eating the same foods but at smaller quantities.

Crashing calories is legit dumb, your body n mental state will naturally down regulate activity and you won’t move around as much or excercise as intensely so it balances out. You’ll also inevitably have a binge every week that cancels out the previous 3 days of progress

Meme diets don’t work, we’re not ufc fighters tryng to drop 30 lbs in a week. That’s why you see ppl here make a thread about starting a 3day water fast and you never see an update just jfl.

Replace sugary snacks with frozen fruits and do 2 hours of cardio a day=1200 calories its possible is survived in >2k calories as 6"6 dude for 2 months

i’m on ostarine that’s why i’m in such a high deficit so i don’t lose muscle

sports technology labs. great source imo, comes in 3 days, and has good results as well.

Yeah is use sarmscanada comes in 2-4days to i good good results off it a 12 week cycle is ideal i did my research on the steroid forums its the ideal time

yeah i’m trying to. maybe a 1200 calorie deficit is a bit overkill JFL
fast and then eat clean food no sodium only red meats lean beef yk *also restricting kcals
