3 months cutting from skinny fat

lost 10 kgs and still not enough, might take anotehr 3 to actualy get super lean to look super cool with hollow cheeks
another 3 montsh to look somewhat like that

intermittent fasting if you want to speed up results a lot.

and lose muscle? dumb Idea
why would you lose muscle? just eat all meals in a 8 hour window. all it is, is skipping breakfast and squishing your meal times.

doesn't actualy help that much, the lack of food for a while is catabolic, the fasting is actualy pointless

do keto or carnivore/primal to stay in ketosis for as long as possible and easily bump in and out of it, trust

Yes, I am already looking super lean but not enough and now things are getting waaay slower

I think I am about 15% at this point

the pic is bad cause my camera sucks but I have the obliques showing and the two upper abs as well

I don't wanna do fasting cause of it, better to keep eating more often

people are saying I should lose 40lbs and get to 140lbs as a 1,85m guy
others saying I have zero muscle and should bulk
others saying I am at 20% bf and need to bulk

What do you think? Time to come to your own conclusion. Advice on the Internet can go so far until it's just contradictions and bad influences. I told you already in another thread of yours ; recomp. Build your muscle mass with your current diet. Slow and steady wins the race (or pin and obliterate the race).

I condone your approach ; more can be better when it comes to people's opinion/experience on a certain topic but in your case, everything has been said. You'll end coming full circle. You got this I assure you, stay focused and disciplined with your gym routine. You will reap the fruits of your work soon enough.

Benefits with reta don’t end with just appetite suppression selectivity will help with maintaining muscle in a deficit
