When I started lifting and was searching for best way to do it, everyone, and I mean everyone told me to eat 500/1000 calories in surplus and called me skinny as fuck. I am so fucking grateful I wasnt dumb enough to do it.
Bulking is a fucking meme dont fall for it.
This is how people who bulk look like
"But its bulking season I will improve my bench and gain lots of muscle"
Or: "My BMI is 25, 100% healthy"
Are the stupidest things ever.
BMI OF 25 IS MAYBE HEALTHY BUT NOT ATTTACTIVE, AND NOBODY CARES HOW MUCH YOU FUCKING LIFT.
IF ANYONE CARED POWERLIFTING WOULDNT BE SO UNPOPULAR JFL.

This is me, 6 months ago bloated as fuck and ugly as shit I was around 104kg (healthy BMI jfl)
I lost the weight later on, but now look at a difference 2 weeks of 500 calorie deficit and cardio does (97kg-93.4kg)
DONT LISTEN TO BMI DONT LISTEN TO BULKERS, DONT RUIN YOUR FACE FOR 2LBS OF MUSCLE
Also if someone says "Oh you,eat in a deficit you lose so much gains"
TLDR: LOSE WEIGHT YOU FAT PIECE OF TRASH
