Only way I've been able to stay lean is too cut sugar out completely

Sugar is not the reason why most people are fat though. Each gram of sugar is worth 4 calories. Each gram of fat is 9 calories. You only need 0.3g fat per lb of bodyweight per day for optimal hormonal functioning. And if you are fat, you need less than that. So the most obvious hack for losing weight is to reduce fat intake and cut out sugary beverages (water and artificial sweeteners like Ace-K, surcalose and aspartame are 0 calories to sugar's 4 per gram) and alcohol (ethanol is worth 7 calories per gram).

Also most of the sweets that people eat like chocolate, donuts, brownies, cookies, cake, are also high in fat. And often times most of the calories in those foods derive from fat and not carbs, let alone sugar.

By “cut out sugar” you mean cut out processed foods that happen to have sugar.

16g of fat is 144 calories.
15g net carbs (17g carbs - 2g fibre) is no more than 60 calories. 15g of those carbs are sugar (60 calories).
2g fibre is 4 calories.
3g protein is 12 calories.
If you add that all up, that's 220 calories. They put 230 on the label. Due to rounding errors.
144/220 = 66% calories from fat
60/220 = 27% calories from sugar
OP is therefore a retard

You can eat 10 cookies every day which amounts to 1500 calories maybe and still lose a lot of fat. It is true that it is not wise because it will not fill you but it works in theory. Calories is all what matters. You are not going to lose fat realistically if you cut out sugar completely because you will get sugar cravings and will probably overeat one day and same with unhealthy food it is calory dense and you wont be filled and overeat one day. That is why a combination of those 2 is essential to losing fat. You just have to reduce more and more slowly instead of cutting it allut in one time, because then there is a good chance that you will relapse and end up in a cycle.

Fat also causes a dopamine spike. As does sodium. And fat has 126% more calorie density than sugar. I lost 40 lbs while leanmaxxing by getting my dopamine from jacking off to porn, playing vidya and shitposting online.

The only situation where surviving off 10 cookies a day for 150 calories a pop doesn't make sense is if you are a gymcel like me. Gymcels need protein. But most of the leanmaxxers on this forum don't even lift so protein doesn't matter. Your body doesn't need a lot of protein for a sedentary lifestyle. Also the micronutrient content of 10 cookies a day isn't good. So you'll need to take a multi-vitamin. Or vary your diet to get micronutrients. But you absolutely can get lean on 10 cookies a day regardless.

When gymcelling, it's best to have 1.6-1.8g protein per kg of bodyweight (less if you are fat), 0.3g fat per lb of bodyweight (less if you are fat) and dump the rest into carbs. I like fatty foods (including fatty sweets) because they are tasty so I tend to go a good bit over 0.3g fat per lb. But these are the guidelines for optimum gym performance and gains. As carbs convert to glucose the fastest. Especially simple carbs. And gluocse is needed for energy to power a workout and to make glycogen, which is used for repairing and building muscle. And glycogen makes you stronger in the gym. And also gives you a good pump after doing pump work in the gym for taking selfies if you care about that.

Yeah that is what I meant if you are not going to the gym and just want to get leaner you could only eat 10 cookies but it is bad ofcourse because of lack of nutrients. I just started going to the gym so I dont have a lot of experience with that. I am now cutting so I think I wont get a lot of nutritients in. What nutritients do you recommend? I always hear things like zinc and iron etc but I want to know for sure

Protein is also the most expensive macronutrient. Skinless chicken breast by the calorie for example is far more expensive than rice or pasta.

Energy comes from stimulants, which also help to burn fat. If cost is a problem, then you can also just not eat, which is the best leanmaxxing method by far.
