I can't get from 13% to 10 bud. I'm fairly lean: six pack visible without flexing and veins on lower abs but I still got fat on my thighs, ass and face that I can't get rid of.

Do I need to starvemaxx ? I'm fed up with leanmaxxing. I already have the weight of an adolescent sitting at 67kg.

100% you see this with UFC fighters. A lot look boneless at 15% than very defined faces once cut for the fight

Your ogee curve appears to be more protruding.

it's not a meme to people like me could already tell the bones they had, easily
i even have a folder dedicated to fat percentage being mostly cope for people thinking it will make them magically get bones
