I'm also guilty of doing that.

No matter how much weight you think you should lose to get lean (12% bodyfat minimum with visible six pack and veins on lower abs) you can double that.

I lost 20lbs and reached 15% bodyfat and it was excruciating .Now , going all the way down to 10% would require the same amount of fat loss but double the effort since I already hit a plateau and my body got accustomed to 3 months of caloric deficit.

My zygos popped out and are razor sharp so yeah no need for infra-malar implants, I was just fat lol.

Next goal is hollow cheeks and chiseled jawline : given my subhuman bone density they probably won't show unless I go sub-10% bodyfat.

Gotta make the boys proud : let's get lean together boyos.

I remember when i first started to leanmax cos of this forum i thought if i lose 5 kg ill be set :ROFLMAO: and also most users gaslighted me by saying i was already lean jfl ,rn im like 4 kg leaner from then (bruutal ik) but i have to lose like 10 kg of fat to be completely lean possibly even more ngl

Yup. I lost 10kg, I have a visible six pack withtout flexing but my legs are still covered in fat and I still have chubby cheeks.

Need to lose another 10kg to be considered PSL lean.

Most people give up way before : blackpillers are extremists.

Oh and guys remember we all have different bodycomp : I'm 182cm (6ft) and 70kg but still fat. I reckon I must go down to 60kg to be Brad pitt in fight club lean. Which sound low but my body is built differently.

did you loose nasolabial folds on your way? I'd be HTN if I didn't have folds (and recessed maxila) and I don't know if gaining fat will hide them more or if going lean will hide them more...

nice to hear that fr I was wondering if leaning might increase my folds around my recessed maxila... btw if anyone knows and can confirm if potassium is ACTUALLY good for leaning and that sodium is better to avoid for bloated face, would be cool
 
the lower your body fat %, the more difficult it gets to keep going lower and the less benefit you get from it (and after a certain point you start losing SMV). law of diminishing returns. sweet spot for most natural lifters is probably around 10% SMV wise, but 12% is probably better considering it's barely worse than 10% and much easier to maintain

if you're blackpilled you should know that your genetics can make much more easier or difficult to achieve low body fat. there are men who can go sub 10% fairly easy, and other men who will struggle a lot to go sub 15%

I have gone from 183cm, 79kg 20%BF to 73kg 16%BF in 2 months. Wonder how much more I'll need to lose to hit 12%

I’ve been like 16-17% for years every time I try dieting it’s unsuccessful

Just wanna reach 12%

Gonna diet for two months. Started on FEB 14th, plan is to not eat pizza for 40 days cause of lent. Focus on high protein

ideally a good range to maintain is 15-18 for long-temr

True but most people don't go about it in a healthy and sustainable way either.

You shouldn't aim to crash diet to get leaner. You'll develop mental health problems, eating disorders and feel like shit. You'll also likely fuck up your metabolism and revert back to normal when you binge off your unsustainable 'diet'.

Just learn to live a healthy lifestyle. Workout 3-5 times a week, don't eat shit, limit alcohol and other crap. In other words, train and eat like an athlete and you'll become one and look like one.

Hey OP I just measured 59Kg at 188cms. Am I lean enough yet?

He had others that looked bad lean also.I think the issue in some people is they need 15% at least to fill in jaw area. There was some reality show guy posted here also that descended hard by going low bodyfat but looked alright at like 19% bodyfat.

are you debloated though? eat a fuckton of potassium powder and drink water
