I have a big problem. I weigh about 180lb at 5’8 and am ~28% bodyfat. Problem is, i barely have any muscle. I am trying to build muscle, if i bulk from here, i get too fat, if i cut, i’ll have to eat so few calories as i have very little muscle. What course of action should I take? I’ve heard recomps never produce either results.
 
If u fat u should have the capacity to build muscle on a cut. Even if I’m wrong I’d say cut first while working out you’ll still get gains.
