So about a week and a few days ago I started the deficit. I started eating like 1200-1300 cals but now i’m eating like 1200 and doing a shit ton of incline cardio and having like a net 750-850 cals a day, while still eating like 140g+ of protein daily. I honestly don’t feel like shit anymore and i’ve prob lost 2% ish bodyfat during this. This is the meta but not for the weak

Theoretically safe. Honestly why take dnp when you can do this and use stimulants, drink, and not get overheated.

That doesn’t tempt me as my natty appetite is already low. My only problem was just feeling like shit but now i’m crusing
