So about a week and a few days ago I started the deficit. I started eating like 1200-1300 cals but now i’m eating like 1200 and doing a shit ton of incline cardio and having like a net 750-850 cals a day, while still eating like 140g+ of protein daily. I honestly don’t feel like shit anymore and i’ve prob lost 2% ish bodyfat during this. This is the meta but not for the weak
