To the people who have leanmaxxed, how did your life change or did it change at all? Did you get more looks from girl? Anything else worth mentioning? I want genuine answers.
Also, I'm currently at 17%-18% bodyfat, how long would it take to get to 13% bodyfat if losing weight at a "normal" rate?
