The "History" is a Total Joke
So the first thing that really made me question everything was the history. And I mean, actual history. Every credible historian agrees that Jesus was crucified. It's a basic fact. But then you read the Quran and it's like, "that didn't happen, it just looked like it." Come on, nigga. How is an all-knowing God gonna get one of the most well-documented events of the ancient world completely wrong? It just proves the whole book was made up by some guy who didn't know what he was talking about. It's not some deep theological mystery that needs understanding, its just a bunch of bullshit from a retarded arab who heard stories from the markets.
The Hadith is Just Ancient Gossip
And then you get to the hadiths, which is a whole other level of bullshit. This is literally just a giant pile of gossip written down by people who weren't even there. It's a centuries-long game of telephone, and we're supposed to build a life around it? You've got these "authentic" stories dictating how you're supposed to eat and sleep and even which foot to use entering a bathroom. It's insane. It's a bunch of fairy tales used to control every aspect of your life, and people just accept it without question. It’s also just a trap for woman so that they can’t do shit and are basically slaves to their incel husbands.
Yeah, I Was an Idiot
Look, I gotta be real about why I fell for it. It wasn't because I did some deep soul-searching. I was just a guy who was horny for a hijabi. That's it. My "faith" was 100% driven by my emotions and my desire to be with her. I ignored all the obvious problems because I wasn't thinking with my head. I wanted it to be true, so I just went along with it. It's embarrassing to admit, but that's the truth.
The Rules are a Prison
But what really got to me was the lifestyle. It's just a constant list of rules. Pray five times a day. Fast for a month to hurt your fucking growth. Don't eat this. Don't drink that. Dress this way. it was just suffocation. it felt like I was a robot just going through the motions. It's a system designed to control you, to keep you so busy with pointless rituals that you never have time to actually think for yourself.
And Let's Talk About Muhammad
And for fuck's sake, can we talk about the "prophet"? The guy was a hypersexual warlord who wanted power and made up a religion to get it. The proof is right there in their own books. He married Aisha when she was six and fucked her when she was nine,it's right there in Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, the most "authentic" hadiths they have. Call it what it is: pedophilia. He had a dozen wives, he fucked his slave girls, and he conveniently got "revelations" from Allah whenever he wanted something, like when he wanted to bang his adopted son's wife. The guy was a 7th-century cult leader who used God as an excuse to get rich, get laid, and kill anyone who stood in his way. It's so obvious it's painful.
TL;DR: I left Islam because its history is provably wrong, its holy books are just ancient gossip used for control, I initially only believed it for a girl, the lifestyle is a suffocating prison of rules, and the "prophet" Muhammad was obviously a hypersexual pedophile warlord who made the whole thing up for power and sex.

leaving Islam wasn't some big dramatic moment. It was just me finally growing a brain and realizing I'd been conned by a death cult built around a pedophile warlord. Best decision I ever made.
