LeFort 1 enough for me??

here my xrays.. neighborhood ortho who I got them from, doesnt recommend jaw surgery ofc.

Look at side xrays and my irl pic. Maybe I can fix giga recessed chin with bimax+genio and look acceptable. but my nose is so ugly, will lefort 1 have any effect at all or is it doomed? How fucked is my maxilla

and yes i will get a haircut eventually but i dont care now im focusing on bone structure

Lefort 2 is what you need. I know it’s more brutal but it would mog lefort 1 greatly. Also you need genio

Yes I had braces a decade ago. and look where that took me, fixed my smile and left my jaw in shambles. do i remove teeth & get braces again?

Well if not considering ethnic tax, I would say maybe. You would be 5.5 psl from the side, but your eye area would bring you down from an anterior view
