Is it even possible to do this in combination with LF1 at the same time?

If I had a 6mm LF2 and a 12mm LF1 I could get a 20mm BSSO and mog hard.

I have begun to conclude that it is over for me if restricted to normie surgeries like bimax and implants.

I read about lefort 3 + 1 all the time, never about 2 and 1.
Probably not really perfomed.
There are surgeons who will perfom lefort 2 but not if you‘re some delusional aspie kid
