But it looks like some modification since standard one goes deep inside eye sockets. Anyway that cut looks great.

Yeah i know but there are many modifications of all three leforts, I noticed that this cut don't go that deep
So i think coronal incision wouldnt be necessary. Plus IT would be easy to rotate entire nasomaxillary complex with this cut.
