Literally every ricecel or blackcel would benefit greatly from this surgery. Upper maxillary protrusion is the key tbh lefort 1 isn’t good enough.

Yes advancing the midface at the leFort 2 level allows a balanced advancement (won’t look like a dog from an over advanced LeFort 1)

The problem with LeFort 2 is that it almost always over advanced the medial canthus off the eyeball. The patient you show has this problem and you can see a gap between the medial eyelid and the eyeball. This is fixed by trans-nasal wire medial canthopexy (inferior canthus repositioning) which is not an aesthetic procedure.

My idea would be to modify the LeFort 2 in front of the medial canthus and lacrimal system as I demonstrated in this model
