i ve been thinking about zygomatic sandwich osteomy

Procedure with bad risk benefit. Seems to feminize the face and gives little anterior projection, mostly lateral, so will do little for actual recession. Custom PEEK implants with a solid surgeon e.g. Pagnoni seem to be the way.
