Yes we have cosmetic true lefort III cases but only when the lefort iii is giving something that bimax and implants cant like mid facial height change or entire nasal complex that needs to move forward.
35k is a rough estimate for all things but need to be prepared to spend over that if you have complications and need to stay longer. Which can happen, especially in the big surgeries like LF2/3, OBO, etc.
