Lefort candidate? Or paranasal implants

Being ethnic, I have strong zygos but a weak/flat midface
Causes a slight depression in the nasolabial region due to the contrast, you can see from the side profile.
Wondering if I can get away with paranasal implants (implants are more performed in asia because everyone is flat over there, pretty great results from people i personally know)
If I consider lefort it be in conjunction with a bsso

It also makes sense eastern clinics are more experienced with cases like mine

your jaw isnt recessed but i can see how a bimax would improve it apart from just getting a paranasal for ur aperature
