Why is everyone scared of Lefort III as if u aren't going to be put under anesthesia?

Is it possible u will wake up under the surgery?

What are the risks of blindness?

I did try to google this but no straight foward answers..

every day the iq levels drop
There was a movie when someone was aware during surgery based on legit occurrence which is
anesthesia awareness .

Awareness under anesthesia, also referred to as intraoperative awareness or accidental awareness during general anesthesia (AAGA), is a rare complication of general anesthesia when patients regain varying levels of consciousness during their surgical procedures. While it's possible to regain consciousness during surgery without any memory of it, the more clinically significant entity is awareness with explicit recall, where patients can remember the events related to their surgery.[1] This article focuses on intraoperative awareness with explicit recall.

So you can feel every move , every bone cut .

8% mortality rate kid
Le Fort I, II, and III fractures had mortality rates of 0%, 4.5%, and 8.7%,

Funny like 1 Has 0 mortality rate

8% mortality rate kid
this is not the main problem, the main problem is that it is not an aesthetic operation and nobody needs it here

If you accept it and embrace it, it's not that bad. You could even enjoy it. A once in a lifetime experience. Give or take.
