Lefort or marpe?

Is there any specific situation where a MARPE is better than a lefort?

marpe is for width and lefort is for recession, need to be carful with palate expanders because it can make you look fucked up, i got teeth extracted instead of it and they gave me no warning of how cooked i can get, im either sueing or roping

im pretty sure i saw some cases on marpe where they got almost the same results inprojection and growth but obv depending on midpalatal suture i need to act quick plates almost closed and if i dont ibetter get me a rope

u can get a palate expander regardless of if ur plate closes
