Left side profile is different than my right

My left side profiles maxilla is a little more projected than my right. My lips are also protruding and my philtrum is also not ideal is there any way to fix this with surgery or naturally? Mainly the assymetry between my left and right side profiles.

same bro im also recessed there but if u take a look at a lot of models side profiles a lot of them have also a bit recessed maxilla even henry cavill has recessed maxilla
