It probably would have been cheaper and safer to get 1 LL surgery (instead of double) in a more renowned safer clinic. The good clinics can give you up to 10 cm with just femur lengthening. Basically he could have gotten to 192.5 with just 1 surgery from a safer clinic for about the same price.
