the internation products are tested for purity and made in a securre facility in china whearas the domestic ones are not, its usually just someone irl reject brewing the gear and selling under the PPL brand name. the domestic should be fine but the international shipping is much better.


Lets say u get anavar via domestic from ppl, the brewer might just give you low dosed winny or something since its not tested. but the international shipping is pure var since it is tested etc etc
