I think this results with jaw implant only because he doesn't show this pics on Lateral commissuroplasty rather in jaw implants page.
It might be only because of the stretch of the jaw implants.

I'm tryna widen my mouth too actually. Wouldn't reccomend surgery from what I've seen coz there always seems to be something slightly creepy and unnatural with the result. Also in every "plastic surgery fail" that I see, the mouth is responsible for like 80% of the problem. Ah shit, I was hoping it was just a coincidence that wrinkles started as they started using it but that's alot of negative reviews there :/ I'm only 18 though, so maybe my skin's elasticity will prevent any wrinkles? idk
