Use meetup or platonic friendship apps to hang with people of similar interests. Join social clubs, take classes in something your interested in and meet people there. Talk to the random stranger or hit up a conversation with someone in the gym or at work, meet friends through people you know.

go to events like conventions, concerts etc and find groups to go with online,stay at a hostel while traveling it’s cheap and a lot of new people to met.

There’s probably more but I can’t think of it now basically you gotta make effort to socialize if you actually want to. It’s not hard but it takes time

you need to join a basketball, football, mma club. ideal for picking up a hobby and socialising with like minded nt people
