I only doe calisthenics, cardio and some sprints i train to be more explosive idc about being big

1 RM max is for testing your maximum and adjusting your percentages only. Increase the volume, split push and pull days, get atleast one rest day per week or you likely overtrain.

Just do starting strength or strongslifts 5x5 if you are new to intermediate
