3x12 weighted hip thrusts

enough for legs day in 6 days ppl? not giving a shit about legs anyway

2xfailure squats
3xfailure romanian
1xleg extension failure w supset sissy squats to failure (rectus femoris isn't trained in squat)
3xfailure calf raises

this is more than enough if you don't care about legs. jfl at doing hip thrusts
