I’ve been a gymcel for a solid 2.5 years now. I have seen great roi from my upper body and developed a decent frame…

However legs have always been stubborn for me, they represent more of an “athletic” appearance rather than that of a gym bro (comes down to my muscle bellies tbh). Za only muscle I have seen actual growth is my glutes jfl.

Nobody ever ask to see my legs and I’m always in pants. Do I embrace the stereotype of large upper body twig legs..? And how many of y’all even actually train legs

Training legs is very important not just for looks but for overall health and preventing injury's

Tren hard eat clen anavar give up. If you do those things, you won't need to train legs. Training legs is a top 5 cuck trait.

Well, checking how much is the distance between the crotch points can be useful to know if your legs are perceived as bigger or smaller than they are, even though it's greatly correlated to hip width.
Honestly as long as your legs are lean without looking like bones you're ok

This is very true I won’t lie, I haven’t had any leg injuries

they're important but my legs are bigger then my upper body so ive just ignored them, maybe train them once per month. I can squat 100kg so it's fine. just waiting till my upper body starts to dominate

It’s always good to hit legs, even if people don’t see them very often.

Because when people DO see them it can look very not proportional and make you look like a twink.

I train legs 3.5 times per week

Do you run fbeod? I used to be very obsessed with my physique and growing aesthetic proportional legs however as I’ve focused more on my face, everything else has become less of a priority. Especially nowadays legs

Just to maintain my lean legs I have to hit them at least twice a week 😡🤬😢

I have the legs of a pro athlete soccer player however my upper body is much larger

I dread leg days nowadays, I remember I used to cope during peak gymcel era. Hitting them 3 times a week and pretending to enjoy them

Yes

I really don’t see how focusing on your face can make you focus less on your physique, body proportions are as important as face proportions

Yes

My physique is already at a desirable point in aesthetics for me, however my face I put much more focus on, such as an extreme calorie deficit, long cardio, and other miscellaneous things and copes
