I think its too late for me
But i was growing even at 20 and i grew to 5'8.5 i think my growth plates might close soon (or are closed not sure i grew taller than my brother this year but i was shorter than him last year)

Ur 16 right? Id advise you to start intermitted fasting it boosts ur hgh by a TON u can still grow taller and avoid coffee it stunts ur growth also eat clean and bulk when ur growing. And do sprinting it boosts ur hgh alot too
