For about 2 months or so I was eating around 900-1100 calories per day while going to the gym and doing extreme cardio everyday trying to debloat but it seemed as if I was becoming more bloated. Over the last week I have been eating around 2,200 calories a day, processed sugars and all, haven't even gone to the gym. I noticed that my face looks leaner and my skin looks better now than it ever did while cutting calories, carbs, and processed sugars. Why is that?
