Less Bloating when eating like shit

For about 2 months or so I was eating around 900-1100 calories per day while going to the gym and doing extreme cardio everyday trying to debloat but it seemed as if I was becoming more bloated. Over the last week I have been eating around 2,200 calories a day, processed sugars and all, haven't even gone to the gym. I noticed that my face looks leaner and my skin looks better now than it ever did while cutting calories, carbs, and processed sugars. Why is that?

weird shit, there has to be a balance between this such as cheatmeals, maybe you just normalised your organism’s need and didnt undereat

same thing with me i’ve been eating only whole foods for the last month and no added sugars and i’m more bloated than ever but i can eat a whole large pizza and look great by tomorrow idk why

its cortisol, your body is stressing so hard cuz ur eating 1000 fucking calories, so ur face will lean but the cortisol will fuck u, also dont eat 1000 calories to lose weight, ur gunna fuck ur hormones and your bone mass.
