Which AI would hurt cognitive function less and is less likely to interfere with my brain development, Arimidex or Aromasin?

I know Aromasin kills the enzyme so its easier to adjust the dosage and stay in the desired e2 range with Arimidex, but assuming I can consistently control the blood levels with Aromasin which one would be safer? They work through different mechanisms so maybe one will affect the e2 levels of the brain less than the other, even with the same overall e2 levels? Or something like that idk, if anyone did research about this tell me what you think

You gotta take spironolactone cus there's gonna be a ton of testosterone and no estrogen to protect the brain

never seen anyone suggest spironolactone for brain health. Why would it be good?

to sum it up, estrogen is neuroprotective and testosterone is neurodegenerative (to a degree). by lowering estrogen you have less brain protection, and more brain degeneration from testosterone. you cant raise estrogen, so your only bet is to lower testosterone a little bit. wont stunt dimorphism much if ur 18+ and wont make you a women since it doesn't increase estrogen. Might even increase height gains since less testosterones will be aromatized to estrogen. just keep it low dose (<100 mg) and taper off when ur done heightmaxxing

Very good advice Bhai! I personally have found great sucess with the bilateral orchiectomy procedure which inhibits the function of the leydig cells and consequentially reduce/removes harmful androgens like test and est! I highly recommend asking your doctor for this procedure (PS: It works best if you don't google it; JUST DO IT!)

all that matters is your e2 level not the drugs it took to get there. Neither directly cause any damage, the lack of estrogen does.
