less than 1 week hydrocortisone + tretinoin 0.1 nose shrink results

as the title says, i've been using tret 0.1 and hydrocortisone for less than a week and those are the results(using hydrocortisone in the morning and tret at night), i feel like my nose been shrinked by like 10% but it might be placebo, even tho i dont feel like it at all looking at these pictures (i've used tret 3 days straight which was a kinda dumb move because i've never used strong retinoids before and i'm peeling rn but in like 2 days i should be good) i'd love to hear your opinions on the nose tho cuz i dont feel like im being schizo but you tell me

everyday. more precisely, you have to use hydrocortisone in every morning in order to have effect and tretinoin like once 2-3 days, it depends on your skin and on the time you've been using it. soon i will start taking isotretinoin(accutane) and i will not use tretinoin anymore.
