Bro so this like 2nd grade on some day I'm pretty sure like Friday right
so the school planned a easter egg hunt outside and the school like front and back like was decently big like coulda snuck hella things in all the bushes and trees corners and stuff right
theres a bunch of eggs with different small candies but theres the Golden Egg that ofc everyone is trying to look for (cause of the prize with it)
So obv I'm tryna get that and all my classmates, with some staff and parents participating and helping the kids because obviously we small and shi and like scared of under the bushes or whatever
Anyway I'm collecting some of the small eggs gettin some decent loot in my bag
After some tens of minutes go by
AND I REMEMBER THIS SO CLEARLY:
Going from the doors we all left from and then a left turn from those doors and like a 5 steps after theres a bush on the left thats like in the corner of the building
with the Golden Egg smack dab in the corner
my classmates (bout 3-5) are literally in the vicinity of the egg either looking at it or away trying to find sum
and I spot it and stammer my words a little bit but I finally say
"The golden egg! I found the golden egg"
and I do so while pointing at it and jumping making as much noise and attention as possible so I can't let this opportunity slip by me especially with so many kids around
finally I win the egg hunt and there was some money inside the egg and the actual prize was this like chocolate bunny rabbit literally just above half the size of me. it was ginormous to me.
Then I went home and had fun but my parents didn't let me eat it right away but later I had to share with my twin sister and we could only eat a couple bits a day but man it was worth it. Fun times.
