Up test dose to 375mg+ weekly and up hgh dose to bare minimum 8 ideally 10-12 to really work (no you wont get organ enlargement, acromegaly, etc.) and do letrozole 1.25mg daily, if e2 still above 10-25 range do 2.5mg then titrate to a dose that keeps you in that range
