Crashing your estrogen levels using an ai especially at a young age can lead to brain underdevelopment and neurotoxicity but there's a way to combat that to a degree.

Estrogen is neuroprotective, it’s important in congition and mental health. A decrease in estrogen is heavily associated with a decrease in congniton, it also plays a crucial role in DNA repair mechanisms in the brain.

Inhibition of aromatase is associated with altered beta amyloid deposition and inflammatory cytokines.
Letrozole however does not follow this rule. Other aromatase inhibitors decrease the hippocampal estradiol levels way more than Letrozole, it keeps estradiol levels in the brain intact while reducing systemic estradiol levels and it's administration may actually enhance cognition.

If you're trying to choose between what ai to use then pick Letrozole, Aromasin & Arimidex might have better androgenic properties but Letrozole has the advantage for cognitive functioning and neuroprotection while using steroids

edit: dosage 2.5mg at 105lb (48kg) 5'7
is it too much or too little should i add anything or lower dosage. im still in puberty so im worried about my brain development and frontal lobe

not currently but considering hgh or igf-1 or GHRP-2
maybe even mk but not too many studies on it so i cant really rely on it.

Well since you're not taking anything that causes aromatization, 2.5mg is too much, split the dosage to 1.25mg and take it every other day or every 2 days. You shouldn't stop taking it until you're done growing if you've already started, but if you have to stop then to deal with brutal rebound you will have to start slowly lowering the dose even more towards the end, but some rebound is unavoidable

Sorry for replying late to this but I wanted to ask what I should do if I was planning to take 6.25mg aromasin, mk677, and tamoxifen for height growth but I found out that aromasin and tamoxifen are going to to rape my brain. How much should I dose on letrozole? Also, will my intelligence realistically go down/memory loss occur? I’m at 15 btw and I don’t know when I should stop taking this shit after I start taking it. I’m planning to do blood tests every 6 months cuz i can’t afford it and will have to work over the summer. Pls lmk ASAP. Thanks

6.25mg of aromasin is going to be okay it won't mess with your brain also there's no need for tamoxifen when only using mk677

But also I want to protect my brain because I’m in very rigorous academics but I still have some spare time to work out and do martial arts. Could you please give me the dosage for letrozole? Is 1mg ED the equivalent of 6.25mg aromasin? Also, should I pair this with a biphosphonate?

And I also thought the tamoxifen is supposed to be used as a replacement for the estrogen no? I thought like the tamoxifen somewhat mimics the actions of estrogen so I was taking it to prevent the side effects of the aromasin but also the letrozole since I’m looking into it after you brought this topic up since I need to get good in academics.
