im eating around 1000-1200 cals everyday and sometimes maybe even lower. i am full as fuck bcuz of semaglutide but this shit make me exhausted

i went from like 73 to 68.8 2 days ago when i weighted myself. I barely can workout bcuz of tiredness

I don’t know if I should bulk or cut

On one hand I’ll have a lot more muscle on the other hand lean is life

I may just start doing weighted callisthenics again at my park because I cba to walk to the gym, I have no idea how to eat like 1.5k cals a day though and 170g of protein
