i get enough movement a day when moving when i feel and when i have to
there is a high chance u will overwhelm yourself and feel like shit
it just doesnt feel right to exercise, your body doesnt want it most of the time
if exercise made you smarter, athletes would be smart, but they are dumb
just quickly came up with these reasons as if it was nothing
