How to fast
- Drink water, optionally add
Lemon juice
Coffee
Tea
Apple cider vinegar

Also
- Don't forget to have some sea salt
- You can have supplements as long as they don't have any calories (magnesium, omega-3, multivitamin, PWO, l-theanine etc.)

So let's do that tomorrow and see how long we wanna go!
