Before you guys comment anything, please read the full post. This is a risk free method of testing if this is a legit theory or not. I am not condoning bone smashing at all. Especially on your face
The premise behind bone-smashing is based on wolffs law and is very simple, bones respond to increased stimulus and grow in response, in theory this means that putting pressure on the bones would cause it to grow more?
This is very easy to test and experiment if this is legit and works in action.
Method:
Take a photo of one of your feet like this
bonesmash the sloped curve 20x once a day with moderate force using a object which is hardish and has smallish surface area (mallet, wooden hammer, ect) enough to create swelling (alternately you can try on wrists to give illusion of wider wrists)
take pics after 2months, if bonesmashing is legit their should be an increase of bone volume and density in this one foot. You can easily compare this with the before photos or by comparing against the other foot which was not bonesmashed
If enough people do it their can be one group megadosing k2 as well, to see if this has correlation with increased bone remodelling
If this works then it proves that the concept is legit. I still wouldnt recommend bonesmashing on your face as it can cause asymmetries and damage and is a kind of stupid idea, put it proves that it is possible to increase bone size through bonesmashing
whoever wants to do it please comment and we can be aspie scientists together
