Late reply but the answer is easy: wageslave in a rich country or inherit some money. As I live in a rich country, the net worth of my family is well over 1million USD and so theoretically I could go to sailer but I don't feel like it's worth it. Bimax + canthoplasty + nice teeth + some fillers here and there will do it for 99% of males and you can get all of this done for less than 30k in germany !!
