I dont smoke drink or take drugs exercise regularly do walks everyday . My diet isnt the best but i rarely eat junk food my sleeping schedule is not the best but it could be worse. I dont take supplements.

Calories are a unit of energy, you lose the equivalent of however many calories but you don't lose calories
