Lf1 recovery

Just finished my two week recovery for lefort 1 surgery. Where I could only eat soft foods,
I ate mostly milk shakes
Chocolate moose (heaps of dairy)
And yoghurt
That's about it
Long story short it gave me gyno by no doubt in my mind. Stay away from a diet which consists of heaps of dairy

I wouldn't touch the brow or chin, what you really need is to tweak the nose. Build up the bridge and lengthen and project the tip slightly. Here's a quick example of what I mean. Since all I did was add to a few areas that are deficient, it may be possible with fillers imo.
