I experienced a flatline before I even knew it existed, after like 2 weeks i googled why my libidos so low despite not having an orgasm after a while

I don’t know the science behind it but, atleast the first time, it wasn’t placebo

I wouldn't expect your libido to increase. Unless you change something lifestyle or hormone related. There's no science behind it as far as I know. I did it once for like 150 days and did not experience that supposed increases in libido.
It's not an issue if your health and body work well.

If you go onto the nofap reddit, there’s tons of people who after 2-4 weeks, experience a complete flatline in libido
