Im not showing my face. But I ascended by removing shit foods from my diet.

Im now gonna remove the sugary fruits from my diet and eat cucumber, tomato, pepper and avocado and lemons for now, im slowly gonna cur off all apples, bananas, oranges, dates etc. Im doing this so I can slowly adapt to a strict carnivore diet
