If your internet access was to be revoked tomorrow most of you would go insane and realize how pointless and bad your lives really are. If not for internet and porn most men would just go insane and do some really not that well thought out things. Its insane how you go from a happy boy that believes his life will be just as pleasant as it is now to a bitter hopeless wagie with no friends and no physical contact with other humans. If your teenage years sucked you should just end it before you turn 20 dedsrs so you could dodge another 5 decades of pointless suffering built on false hopes and ridiculous ambitions with no basis in reality

This is why I always fail my attempts to quit social media/internet etc. after some time because I literally have nothing else enjoyable to do besides going to the gym which just takes a few hours per week.
I don’t have a gf I could spent time with so instead I rot on Netflix and Instagram to get dopamine from there

When I left internet entirely for half a year I almost committed suicide and spent like 5 hours daily in the forest as I had nothing to do at that time. If you are friendless lose living in city digital detox is scam but at the same time it may help you to decide if you truly want to live at all. Since that time I have no will to live as I know no amount of money, success or even relationships at this point in my life will ever make me happy. Its simply over.
