Yeah I also realized how much my anxiety holds back the quality of my life. I am still anxious but i do feel like I have an overcome a good portion of it, i’m currently in a way better mental state than i was 4 months ago. I was at my lowest.

I’ve actually been starting conversations or asking random people questions. Which I have never done before, big milestone for me.

There’s always ugly people who are still successful in highschool. NT is law, being ugly is not the end of it.
