"Experience" is a huge meme. Human behavior is static and does not change over time. Your skills don't change. Your personality and character don't change. Your opinions on the world don't change (except only maybe in regards to some of the details).
Look at normies. Look at how their behaviors and views aren't "updated" as the world around them changes, even when confronted with all manners of contradictions in regards to whatever they believed originally. Look at how artists keep working on the same paintings over and over for years but never get better at it. Just face it. We are what we are. And we stay what we are.
