Because you’re arbitrarily forced out of these activities by society unless you’re extraordinarily good looking and youthful looking. So most of us have to find copes. Unfortunately most of us are too self-aware and see the copes for what they are and this leads to rope instead.

Didn't feel much different to me. Except my health got very bad all of a sudden in mid 20s and felt like shit from 24-30 or so while fixing my health. Now I feel decent. Kinda similar to in my twenties. Maybe a bit less energy but not much difference.

That being said I do notice society treats me differently. When you are younger people still care about you. They want to help you out. When you get older people care less. But it's also nice to not have people breathing in your neck 24/7.

Life ain't too bad but you have to find a cope if you are not model tier/chad. With those copes it's easy to live and feel good while living. Important to stay grounded and stay true/close to your own personality and preferences.
