That is a good side profile though, yes it's flat but it's still attractive, non recessed chin, straight good nose, decent browridge/supras.

Do you have severe breathing issues ?

Not severe, but I definitely underperform due to it. I can barely run a couple of kms before feeling out of breath, despite having a very healthy heart (60 bpm resting). My biggest trouble is swallowing, if I eat fast I almost always get choked up, it's happened countless times. Sleeping isn't that bad but could be better.
