Gym saved me once before hoeflation got too bad…

Perhaps surgery can save me again. I legitimately can’t think of anything else that would move the needle on my general happiness except early retirement, but the cost of surgery is inconsequential in THAT bucket.

You do have to be realistic about such things. The only thing holding me back is my age but considering I have a major failo in my eye area and zygos (UEE and no under eye support, low cheekbones) and an outright deformity in my jaw (Class 2 division 2 SFS) I am one of these people who should actually get surgery.
